People will die, and are currently dying, because RFK was granted one of the most powerful megaphones in the country. Two people who could have thrown barriers in front of his climb decided not to; there's a sex scandal here but it is not the biggest scandal.

RFK Jr. is neither a joke nor a well-intentioned proponent of public health with a few kooky beliefs. He's a menace, evil even by the standards of Trump's inner circle, and the failure of the political press to convey this is maddening
I actually think it’s okay to take a ridiculous scandal seriously when it involves a wingnut conspiracy theorist in charge of things like vaccine policy and pandemic preparedness

Sorry to be a wet blanket 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sorry but this is such bullshit. The Yankees absolutely turned a profit this year. Moving money around shell companies to show a loss for tax purposes doesn’t count here!

@BrendanKutyNJ Was it fair to assume the Yankees turned a profit this year?

"No, it's not actually," Hal Steinbrenner said.

The New York Yankees? Not profitable?

Did you know that some MLB owners take out loans against future season ticket sales and then use that money to buy themselves mansions/yachts etc? With the added bonus of being able to whine to fans that the team is actually carrying a lot of debt?

Last dodger owners did this!

I invite any MLB owner to open their books and show the public how much money their teams lost in 2025. They won’t, because it’s a lie.

No team has EVER sold for less than it was purchased for. Do not fall for crocodile tears from billionaires who are already getting a Trump tax cut!

In every way, Trump demands fealty to himself—and to his whims, wholly untethered to law—over fealty to federal officials’ oaths of office. So again: Are you effing kidding me? What Dems did here was patriotic. They forced the debate we need over Trump's lawlessness.
