Haha, I just copy and paste it straight from my file so it would be more work to remove the chords! A peak behind the curtain

In case you missed it, and you may well have, i released a new EP of 3 nice wee songs a couple weeks ago. I think they sound nicer than usual and I enjoyed writing them.

Great Lives:
Towards the end Stewart Lee explains to Mathew Parris why Parris is an ignorant buffoon (my words, not Stew's). Priceless.

Been learning some jazz standards again recently and you can really tell when the lyrics were added as an afterthought

There's this interesting video about it from a few years ago, without having rewatched I'm assuming it's the same event: youtu.be/8o5nw7dqBec?...

miranda absolutely nailed what bugs me about revisionist album cover-ism, as well as what is so special about good album art!! rated: ENJOY

every time there's political violence discourse i think about how jo cox was assassinated in broad daylight by a fascist who shouted "britain first" as he shot her, and now nine years later her party is dedicating every moment in power to placating the ideology of her murderer

- you clean up that banksy?
- sure did, your honour, leaving a perfect, permanent outline, imbuing the work with real fuckin gravitas while making its point better than the artist did himself just like you asked

They erased the new Banksy mural in London. But the stain remains.
Side-by-side images of Banksy’s mural on the Royal Courts of Justice in London. On the left, the artwork appears faded and scrubbed, leaving only a ghostly outline of a judge raising a gavel over a protester holding a placard. On the right, the mural is fully visible in sharp black and white stencil, showing a judge in a traditional white wig and robes striking down at a protester who defends himself with a bloodied sign.

Oh cool, i didn't know about this. Is that if someone clicks through from the collection on your fan page? Anyway thanks for the support!
terminalbuildings.bsky.social
Btw this is currently only on bandcamp because i submitted it for streaming but while i was at it i also submitted a bunch of other older EPs and things too. So some poor (or lucky?) soul will have a lot of Terminal Buildings music to sift through for approval.

Just spotted some of mine there, thank you! And lots of other good listening in there, great haul

Full Disclosure (off The Argument) is the one that made Fugazi really click for me - brilliantly poppy chorus to my ears. Rare that a band's final album would be my favourite but there's still some of their stuff i don't know so well.
