The collaborator Quislings of the democratic party:

Durbin, Rosen, Cortez Masto, King, Kaine, Fetterman, Shaheen, Hassan

Weak cowards with no stomach for the fight.

Is Schumer still the minority leader? Is Durbin still the whip? Is Cortes-Masto still a vice chair? Good Democrats -- rank and file, those committed to restoring party --must tell Act Blue and every candidate with hands out for the coming midterms -- that there's no cash coming without new leaders.

True story: Schumer got spanked…

And it’s not even subtle. Ending the shutdown handed Trump a win, gutted Democrats’ leverage, and left millions still waiting for relief.

It was a surrender.

Just now: The plaintiffs who were arguing that Utah GOP's congressional map is illegal won in court.

The judge orders one of the two maps submitted by the plaintiffs ('map 1') be used.

The ruling, if it stands, guarantees that Democrats will pick up a congressional seat in Utah next year.

Yup. I said this earlier today, but it was only a guess. Thanks for confirming it. It is no coincidence that of the 8 who came forward to do this, none of them are running in 2026. But they ran cover for some who are.

TRUMP: I don't know. I'll get it from someplace.

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison told reporters Minnesota will continue paying out SNAP benefits, even after the Trump administration's financial threats, and he said state leaders will “stand by” the 440,000 Minnesotans who receive food assistance.

A back-and-forth between the Trump administration and state leaders is causing confusion about the SNAP benefits Minnesotans received this weekend amid the ongoing federal shutdown.

Anyone who believes that the Senators who voted for the non-deal did so without Schumer’s consent while he votes no for show is gullible & naive. You either do this with a plan and exit strategy or you don’t do it at all. There is a disconnect between Dem voters & Sen leadership.

They already had this, when they passed axing ACA credits. There's no ambiguity that Republicans did that and you can attack them for it. The marginal advantage of having another vote for messaging purposes is, at best, extremely thin, and even negative if it lets some Rs cast a meaningless yes vote
