The key figures who are pushing GenAI the most love the idea of a future with little to no human interaction, because they simply see themselves as superior to the vast majority of humanity. They also don't know how to effectively collaborate, only how to forcefully impose their will.
On the topic of "pre-concept art" and GenAI... If you aren't prepared to draw like this and then send to an actual artist to work with, you have no business creatively leading a project. End of story.
