Watched episode 4 of #EdgeofDarkness earlier and god Bob Peck was a proper star huh. A real striking litheness of movement during the escape from that computer office and Zoë Wanamaker & Joe Don Baker both absolutely on point too.

My main disappointment with the early James Bond pictures is that when redubbing everyone in sight, they didn't just use the cast of Last of the Summer Wine or similar with thick Yorkshire accents.

Watched another couple of episodes of Hetty Wainthropp Investigates earlier today and blimey they deal with heavy issues for that kind of show - schizophrenia and the care system/mental illness issues.

Having listened to a good few @smerelman.bsky.social episodes these past few days, I'm having a Wednesday night Bond on DVD, Tomorrow Never Dies, an entertaining lot of old old cobblers that shows the dangers of poor delegation.
