I've been working on this since August. It's so freeing to finally make some headway!
This is the Chrysalis, a mutated eugenics experiment that infects any species it comes in contact with, turning them into another Chrysalis. Or, at least, stealing their soul.

Word on the Hill is that House GOP leaders are moving on from the sweeping and controversial Kids Online Safety Act, or at least no longer prioritizing it.
