My mom constantly said no face tattoos or neck tattoos. Then she got her eyebrows and eyelids tattooed. I joke constantly about getting face tattoos now. "You have them, why can't I?" I'm trying to convince her to get matching tattoos with me. "Neck tattoos Mom! Just behind the ear! I have ideas!"
