When I saw the news, the immediate process is something along the lines of:
- How much can we bear to lose?
- How much can we subsidise for US buyers?
- How much will they be able/willing to bear in increased costs.
- How do we move our focus to other countries?
Bad for us and bad for folks in US.

Yep, whip-lash character designs.
What I loved about the game was the atmosphere of those environments. A lot of them had this strange, sunny, loneliness that really worked.
The trip to the town’s “gate” was a fantastic bit of world building.

I would agree. I think a slower community building is much healthier than a one-month-crunch.

Allow folks to hang out with the idea, to let it percolate. I think doing that leads to creating a buzz amongst people who will be genuinely excited and invested in what you’re making.

In my opinion there’s no right or wrong but I think there’s plenty of nuance in being intentional with it.
