I'm pretty sure the Taliban said "No backsies!!" to Trump when they agreed on the pullout deal, so I can't see them being terribly happy about Trump insisting he wants Bagram back. That said, I'm sure American troops on the ground in Afghanistan, in a confined area, would not be sitting ducks.
