country after the Penn State win (epic pants-shitting down the stretch notwithstanding). He has this way of ripping off a run every 5 years or so that keeps things interesting. Add that to a 7 win floor, and you get a mostly happy fan base.

The thing is, he’s had the program tantalizingly close. If our QB doesn’t get hurt in 2009, there was a decent-ish chance of running the table. Still won an Orange Bowl. In 2015, he did run the table, and we were literally 1 yard short of making the CFP. In 2021, we are briefly ranked #2 in the

I got a kick out of Angerer providing his less-than-unbiased commentary on the Husker crowd today. Agreed on the TV guys, it’s a shame that we only got Gary and Nessler for the MN ass-kicking
