Yes, I have that Spiderverse short from a year ago located in the same folder as this:
So apparently, Emby is better than Plex because I'm able to put actual photos/artwork on the folders, resulting in this:

At the very least, Paramount doesn't give a damn about the youtube uploads of these shorts, so at least they're viewable in some capacity: youtube.com/@terrytoons?...
Terry Toons
Produced by Paul Terry, this channel is a guaranteed haven for the Terrytoons library!

Ah, makes sense. Had a feeling this specific one wouldn't show exactly on premiere week, but yeah, probably gonna be a while then (if at all) given how they're describing this endeavor with Paramount (per the 2nd point of that Facebook post).
Side note: MGM had its own Three Bears cartoon released in 1939 as well.

The Terrytoons one is better hands down for me, not just for the meme, it's just livelier in general.
Another thing I just realized with the Terrytoons coming to MeTV Toons, audiences may soon witness Spaghet Bear on TV for the first time, if not THE very first time!

Where's Everett True when ya need him?
OK, maybe not an entirely fair statement, Disney will showcase their past with Brave Little Tailor & Pluto and the Gopher for the 4th+ time in 15 years.
I'm never gonna stop mentioning it, but with MeTV Toons new/upcoming additions, I find it hilarious people are more likely to come across Van Beuren and Terrytoons shorts before any Disney short...

MeTV Toons aired (will soon air on the West feed) its first Thunderbean Cartoon tonight with Van Bueren Tom & Jerry on Sunday Night Cartoon All-Stars.
Something tells me I'm gonna love Buster Jam.
To put it another way, the Lil' Abner vhs tape from 1996 comprised of redrawn prints because the original technicolor ones were still lost at that point (and still is for 1944's Kickapoo Juice).
Though this does serve as a great reminder that even the most poignant series have to stretch the truth at some parts, like Sony having their Screen Gems cartoons restored and ready to air in 1990.
Folks, you're not gonna believe this, Sony actually made use of their Golden Age cartoon library. More specifically, a clip from 1947's Big House Blues shown in the first episode of Boots ~14 minutes in...

I will never understand why every film studio that owns classic Golden Age cartoons doesn't just put literally all of them on YouTube for free with ads, like record companies do with music videos. There's no fucking way that would be LESS profitable than whatever they're doing with them now.
After leaving HBO Max earlier this year, ‘Looney Tunes’ is a hit on Tubi, the company says, and popular across generations. It should be a model for every classic cartoons trapped in streaming limbo.

Disney especially with the ~300 other releasable Golden Age shorts they're just sitting on.
Tubi and MeTV Toons perfectly complement each other these days!

Frankly though, not too far from reality:
Side-note, I don't believe Oda ONLY watched Tom and Jerry cartoons for his Gear 5 inspiration, he HAD to have seen Rod Scribner and Jim Tyer's animation at some point.
