Working on the next page of my webcomic. The inking is finished I just need to work on the toning but that might take a bit of work to blend the backgrounds into the art. I've done it before just folds are going to be fun.

Did you know you can check your work time in Clip Studio Paint?

It will only "record" when you actually draw. I didn't know this feature existed but it's actually quite nice to check how much time exactly was spent on a comic page or illustration.

Select it from Window menu > Information

Interesting. I was told everyone uses this one brush in CSP but when I tested it. Wondering if I'm doing things wrong... I used to draw a lot in pencil so just like the look of the one I normally use... then again I'm not one to listen to what is considered "The Norm"

So, real talk. The imposter syndrome never really goes away either, it's like an old chronic injury that flares up again and gets really bad at certain times of the year, or if you've strained yourself. It creeps back when you don't expect it, and it's hard not to hear that little voice get louder.

Remember your favorite creator possibly might be struggling with imposter syndrome and doubt and this timeline sucks.. so if you find yourself thinking “wow I really relate to this persons work” or that persons work gives you joy, you should probably tell them. It’s a hard time to be a creative.

I do love the green chosen for the manga. It really stood out for me when I first saw it, and I'm colour blind...
Having a distinct identity of style or colour is so difficult. I've personally tried to figure out what would work, but found it just became more frustrating so just do what I enjoy.
