"they retain male advantage"

That's not what the studies show. So far the data suggests that in most things after years of hormones trans women perform on par or worse in most metrics with cis women.

Trans Women in Sport: What Does the Science Say?
Research suggests trans women have minimal to no performance advantage over cisgender women.

Just for fun I decided to rank these based on use, impact, and upside (in AEW, not counting ROH):

Despite a disappointing CC finish (who does that help?) after an incredible tournament, another excellent PPV from AEW. They continue to make being a fan feel worthwhile. #AEWWorldsEnd

Now THAT worked. MJF winning made the cash-in feel meaningful, he pinned Joe, and he's instantly a big deal again after returning. Excellent work, AEW. #AEWWorldsEnd

Ok #AEWWorldsEnd time for redemption after the disappointing Moxley win. Anything other than Samoa Joe retaining would work just fine for me as there's no way this isn't an incredible match.

This Moxley/Okada match has a lot of work to do for me. I don't really care about Okada winning again, and Moxley winning would be a betrayal of his incomplete 2025 "humility" arc. They're going to have to pull a rabbit out of a hat somehow for me to be positive about this. #AEWWorldsEnd

Very much intrigued by the situation of this Okada/Takeshita match. Seems a bit underwhelming to have it as a semi-final, but confident that this is building to something bigger with them. #AEWWorldsEnd

In an interview with Chris Van Vliet, Kyle Fletcher revealed he started wearing pink on TV after seeing a random tweet that mentioned, "Not enough men wear pink in wrestling."

Kyle took a screenshot of the tweet and immediately sent it to his gear designer. 👚

It's amazing that he thinks these are difficult questions to answer.

Opt out if they want, but they get no gov't funding. I doubt many will.

HHS

That's already the case.

Yes, because the extra taxes will be less than I'm paying for medical. That's how group contributions work.
For all Universal HC/Single Payer/M4A advocates.

What do the biggest, expensive hospital chains do. Do they opt out and only serve the rich ?

Who in the USA gov runs the program?

R U ok with having to see a primary care doc before you can see a specialist ?

Oh no, chain emails have evolved from the 90s into current social media!

Awaiting my inclusion in "repost this and you'll get 10 cents for every like" and "repost this and if it doesn't get at least 50 likes you'll be cursed" posts.

Part of me will never understand the willful blind eye many choose to turn to this loathsome man.
I'm just saying...

I understand this point, and even agree to an extent, but I think it's as much wishcasting as prognosticating. The GOP establishment didn't think the Tea Party would take over the party in 2010 because they assumed the populace was center-right.
A lot of silly replies to this post (in the comments and quote tweets -- most worthy of blocking). People on this site despair that they are never going to turn the Democrats into a leftist party, and they are correct. Most Democrats actually want to win control of the government and wield power.
I find the 'the Democrats won't do anything' doomer line annoying, because the Democrats will be who you make them - look how much the GOP changed over the past decade!

Right now the party feels immovable but the moment it has a presidential nominee, it will be whatever that person is.

Fascinating. Could be nothing, but COULD be that JD has concluded that even with a divorce his 2028 primary chances are better without Usha.
Maybe the Erika Kirk rumors *were* true.

I'm going to put a positive spin on this. 98 Democrats were comfortable enough with potentially being called a "socialist" to vote against this.

I'm old enough to know that this measure would have likely passed with 400+ votes about 20 years ago.

That's progress.
BREAKING: Republicans pass bill to condemn Socialism, 285-98. 86 House Democrats voted yes, further demonstrating that we have two right-wing parties in America. 2 members voted Present, and 47 members of the House did not vote (20 R and 27 D).

Laura Loomer has just discovered - to her shock and horror - that noted extremist Laura Loomer is a part of the GOP.
I can no longer follow the plot of this show. I suspect the writers and actors can’t either. I don’t think they have a show runner.

Exactly. My first thought on reading the original post was "So Loomer finally discovered mirrors, huh?"

We're primarying John Fetterman.

Last week, Fetterman again sold out working Pennsylvanians. He was the deciding vote for a Republican budget bill that will strip healthcare from over 400,000 Pennsylvanians.

We deserve real working class leadership in the Senate, not a Trump-enabling Democrat.

They've been working on "concepts of a plan" for 15 years. Forgive me if I don't hold my breath.
NEW: As health insurance bills rise, Republicans are still seeking an Obamacare alternative

There is no legislative product yet.

No consensus in the party about a plan.

But top GOP lawmakers and policy figures on Capitol Hill have begun discussing concepts.

The next question from the GOP should be, of course, "In that case, why didn't you get more involved? Maybe it would have helped!".

(Yes, I know he's lying.)
Trump: I watched that election, which I was not much involved in. I didn't support Virginia, the candidate. Didn't do a lot of support for the other candidates.
