Yes. Yes, in fact, they do. Are they perfect, of course not. Are they better for the environment than internal combustion engines? By leaps and bounds. Will Americans switch without it being mandatory? No. Take away the mandate for catalytic converters and they would instantly become an option.
Interesting, but I’m not certain the title really covers the point it’s making — that electric cars aren’t carbon neutral. Anyway, Good Read.

I would watch this...
"X-Files" style paranormal investigative procedural which preserves high stakes over the length of its run by keeping the same supporting cast from episode to episode, but the sexy lead duo can die at any time. Many pairs last only a single episode, especially the gratuitous celebrity guest stars.
