Stateless Russian shadow fleet tanker ARCUSAT/TAVIAN tried to enter the Baltic sea but turned away in the Danish straits. It was briefly intercepted but not arrested by Danish Navy.

My sense is that European leaders are at different stages of grief over the loss of the transatlantic relationship. Has Steinmeier now reached acceptance? This is quite the statement to make in public. Entirely correct though.
