Have some friends coming over tonight for a Mexican feast. I made guac, two different crema’s, osso bucco braising in the oven, grilled citrus prawns chilling in the fridge, pico ready for making, and some ground beef for gringo tacos to make closer to arrival time. I’m stoked! Tequila incoming!
