Of course, if the DOD recalls Senator Kelly then legally he would be forced to resign as a Senator. Maybe that is the play?
I would love to see Kegseth try to spin how the retired Navy Captain, Astronaut, and hero is somehow a military criminal. That Courts Martial needs to be live-streamed just so I can see the expression on the jury's faces. (A jury made up of 8 other officers of similar experience and training.)
