I understand why so many people are sharing the Carney speech: it reinforces a fictional version of Canada that Canadian liberals love to believe in: it absolutely erases Indigenous people, it presents the British as calm, rational, and peaceful, and suggests French grudges are irrational.

Today was Niagara Board Game Weekend day 01. Played Innovation, which remains a great card based civ builder. A few games of Wingspan - I forgot how great that game is. Unmatched, which is a fun combat game, and first play of Finspan. Finspan is pretty fun!
