The Christmas decorations I bought at Nitori this winter. Similar types of ornaments are sold in various places, but I'd recommend these for being made of glass and featuring an off-timer that automatically switches them off after eight hours.

I had the opportunity to thoroughly explore Isetan in Shinjuku from top to bottom, yet surprisingly, there was nothing I wanted—to the point it became almost painful. I fully understand that the goods they handle are of great value or efficacy, but they simply hold no connection to me whatsoever.

the number of live shows and events is simply too high. Lately, I've come to realise that it's wrong to pack in so many schedules that I have to write them down in my diary or I'll forget.

What's been puzzling me lately is how on earth everyone manages to attend nearly every single festival, small-venue gig, or event—even those outside the Kanto region. Am I just poor? Surely everyone has only 24 hours in a day. Am I just hopelessly inefficient?
