FINALLY figured out a background for this damn thing AA
Anyway here's these two sharp bastards again. :) This thing was filled with a LOT of experimentation (and overuse of the chromatic abberation filter). I cut a lot of corners w the background stuff but i rlly like how it all came out anyway <:)

We can salvage a few things from the dismantling of DHS. The Coast Guard. FEMA. Could probably make a case for TSA. Probably a few other things I don’t know about.

Good. "But DHS isn't just ICE, it's also..." nope, wrong. DHS no longer serves any useful functions, the whole thing has been reassigned to repression. FEMA isn't even paying out to states. All DHS does is shooting, teargassing, facial recognition, and administrative warrants. Shut it down.
