Anywhere where ports are would be likely, obviously La Noscea being the most likely region to find Fraewyrn in, but currently he'd be somewhere in Tuliyollal, probably either on the piers or at the market stalls

Oomfie mentioned he wished brio had a way to disable parenting of bones when you're posing and I realized this is information not a lot of people know. But if you select the bone you want, click on the Propagate icon and then disable Position and Rotation, it is no longer parented.
