A woman was grabbed, screaming, by plainclothes men from the Salt Lake airport.

Reporters asked ICE if it was their arrest.

At 9:48 am, ICE emailed to say no, it wasn't us.

Then, in a 3:16 p.m. email, they confirmed, 'This was ICE.'"

No explanation for the arrest.
