This DOJ behavior is absurd. The court held that Halligan is not legally a United States Attorney. There is no need for a further order to implement that. Her name on a brief, indictment, etc. is graffiti. Any “US attorney” action taken by her is invalid because it is the conduct of an imposter.

I feel like if the Court tries to nullify birthright citizenship then House Democrats should commit to impeaching all the Republican justices as soon as they get a majority. Even if the Senate won’t convict, make them make a spectacle out of it.
