This is going to keep law schools busy for a decade. Every individual that exceeds their constitutional authority (violates YOUR rights) can be sued. The electronic paperwork trail (payroll, travel auth, orders) is "discoverable."

Victims can sue. Perps can lose their homes. Keep recording.
