Richtig. Aber was sind die Mechanismen, aufgrund derer die Regierung damit durchkommt? Eigentlich sollten sich doch Armee (eine Wehrpflichtigen-, keine Berufsarmee) und Zivilgesellschaft quer stellen. Das passiert aber bestenfalls ansatzweise.

Fakten haben ihn noch nie interessiert. Zitat aus seiner Vorlesung: “Wenn Sie im Vorstellungsgespräch gefragt werden, wie hoch das Sozialprodukt sei, dann sind sie *schlecht*, wenn Sie rückfragen, ob Brutto, Netto, zu Marktpreisen oder Faktorkosten. *Gut* sind Sie, wenn Sie sagen: 200 Millionen.”

Das geht seit Jahren bis vielleicht Jahrzehnten so. „Ausbildungsverein“ nennt sich das. Alle ausser den ganz Grossen sind „Ausbildungsvereine“. Das sieht man, wenn man die Jahresrechnungen anschaut. Gewinne aus Spielertransfers ist vielfach der grösste Posten.

Ist super krank.

Nö, falsch.

Ich war in der Ukraine. Ich habe mit den Menschen gesprochen. Korruption wird als das grösste Problem angesehen. Ein Frontsoldat sagte mir, um an Munition zu kommen, müsse man ein paar Russen erschiessen. Ich könnte das fortsetzen, aber bei dem gewählten Ton mache ich das nicht.

Was ist das für eine Reihenfolge? Erst Institutionen zerstören und dann nachbessern?

Plus: er war nie Teil der Maidan Revolution, daher ist die Ablehnung in der Westukraine gross. Sein Wahlversprechen war Korruptionsbekämpfung. Dieses Versprechen scheint gebrochen.
