The House of Lords is undemocratic it should be stripped down to 100 elected seats spread across the UK.

The current Lords are free to run for those seats though I doubt many of them could possibly win an election.

Enough is enough. We need to put a complete halt to new peers until the house has been properly reformed.

Oh yes.

Latest peerages mean government has replaced the hereditary peers – before they’ve even left the Lords
Keir Starmer himself not long ago described the wholly unelected and grossly bloated House of Lords as ‘indefensible’. Nothing has changed since then so it was deeply disappointing t

Reform hoovering up the rejects.
The waste bin of politics.
That’s now 22 ex-Tory MPs in the Reform ranks.

Growing up in 60’s & 70’s same as Farage, Nazis where the enemy when you played War, they were the enemy in films like Where Eagles Dare, A Bridge Too Far, The Eagle has landed..

Literally no one wanted to be a Nazi when we played you had to take turns..

Farage must’ve been a lonely freak kid 🥴👎🏼
I grew up in the 70s and 80s.

If you weren't there, just a little clarification on that Spectator piece.

Literally, NOBODY admired Hitler. Apart from nazis.

Hope that helps.

There are many great Pogues songs to counter Fairy tail of New York this commercial giving season....but here's my favourite....

It's noticeable that the people who are now angriest with Keir Starmer's Labour government are those who voted for it. And they are right to be. This has been his primary achievement.
So where on earth does he think Labour voters will come from, next time round?
How many times do we need to point this out?
