Sorry I have been quiet. My sister is in town and I am overwhelmed with balancing projects and just wanting to chill with her and do nothing.

One of our favorites for Turkey day is Turkey ham instead of regular ham (we didn’t eat pork in my household growing up) - but they rarely stock it (and one company discontinued it) so we have had to switch to Turkey Pastrami which is the same thing but with peppercorns.
Either way…feast saved. 😌
