He makes some great points.
We desperately need bold ideas and huge changes! I like what Im hearing from Lewis and rebuilding the NDP is an imperative part of our Canadian democracy.
Canada's true crisis is the everyday emergency of just trying to get by in an impossible economy.

Always great reporting from The Sprawl and with the scathing report on the priorities of council/city admin the last 20 years, the name has never felt more on the nose.
So I guess the thing about being an Albertan is you can clearly see parallels happening between here and US and you know things are going in an alarming direction but oil, beer, hockey and trucks have never failed us before so its fine.

When Aberhart's own constituents got enough signatures to recall him, the party repealed the legislation. Despite this, Aberhart and the Social Credit did win the 1940 election. Aberhart died suddenly on May 23, 1943 in Vancouver and was succeeded by Ernest Manning.
