UPDATE: Good news on Doc! The vet says he's healing well on his own so far and may not need surgery at this time! Going to pick him up today from the vet, and bring him back for a vet visit next week!

UPDATE on Doc: he's doing well. Surgery still hasn't happened, but should soon. He's been seen by a second exotics vet, and he's got treatment lined up for Thursday. He's acting as if nothing is wrong, just begging for cuddles all day long.

UPDATE: he's feeling ok (acting 100%) normal, but he does need surgery tomorrow. My bank account can take the costs for now, but I do want to push my commissions to help recoup (see pinned post!)

Two big red cats circle a terrified hog encased in ice. The cat's tails are flames and melt the ice partially, exposing some pig butt and giving it a singe. "Uh-oh Step-Pig, I'm Stuck...!" ok I made the joke for you so you don't have to. Hot ham smoke emits from the pig and spells "BECOME AN" and melted ice on the bottom spells "ICE-FREE ZONE"

Papiliomaris kluessendorfae, first reported in 1985 as the Waukesha "Butterfly Animal", was recently described as a strange bivalved arthropod with three pairs of large, feathery appendages. Some reports indicate it could reach up to 20cm wide.

Unless you meant keeping him indoors? He's already an indoor bird, I'm just keeping him in a smaller space to restrict movement so he doesn't irritate the wound. He thinks he's in a nest box, so he's begging for cuddles in there all day.
