I was aware of bitcoin back in the day where you could have just mined some on your computer for fun and I could have been very rich if I had done that and held somehow
but that would have meant spending a lot of time around hardcore crypto people and it would not have been worth it

Literally MILLIONS of children have been included in studies on vaccines and autism, and no evidence for a link has been found.
The only study that found a link looked at a grand total of 12 children, and had methodology so bad that the guy who wrote it can't call himself a doctor anymore.

As a parent of multiple autistic children...yes.
Vaccines do not cause autism. And while I am not a parent, I would rather have an autistic kid than a dead one I failed to save from a preventable disease.

My old ass laptop with a GTX 1060, a Ryzen 5, and 16gb of RAM is chugging through it, slowly but surely (not done yet, but it is well past the point where crashes happened.)
