This isn't The Art of the Deal.
It's insider trading with a bad comb-over.

Step 1: Tank the Market, Scare the Non-Millionaires
Step 2: Let the Aristocrats Feast
Step 3: Flip, but say ‘Winning’
Step 4: Pretend None of This Ever Happened & Get Your Media Dregs To Do The Same

Rinse, Enrich, Repeat.

Abducted in broad daylight for an op-ed in Tufts’ newspaper, is a children & media scholar I know. She’s not a terror sympathizer and it should terrify us all that this happened to her.
This isn’t about combating antisemitism—it is much more sinister and dangerous

Democrats should hold 435 town halls this weekend. The ones in Republican districts hosted by local Dems or nonpartisan local officials or even ex-Republicans, with everyone, Democrats and independents and Republicans, invited.
The chair of the House GOP's campaign arm told Republican lawmakers to stop holding in-person town halls amid a wave of angry backlash over the cuts undertaken by President Donald Trump's administration.
No more in-person town halls, NRCC chief tells House Republicans
Rep. Richard Hudson issued the edict after a spate of testy episodes.

I really don't understand the insistence of some people to that Israel was founded solely a colonial project. This is just erasure of history.
You can denounce Israel occupation and crimes against Palestinians, while recognizing it was founded as a refugee state. Not mutually exclusive.

Largely true. But the same “West” made a number of largely opposite choices.

I always refer to EM as South Africa’s (my home country’s) worst export
Trying to imagine pitching this movie 50 years ago:
“So this guy from apartheid goes to America and cons his way to collecting half a trillion dollars and buys a President with it. Then he starts to order Congress around from his computer which is actually a portable telephone.”

Last year, Lake Forest, Illinois displayed a menorah for the 8 nights of Hanukkah.

This year, the city has decided to only display the menorah for a few hours.

Removing the menorah, a symbol of hope and resilience, sends a bad message: that Jewishness is something to be hidden away.
