It's ironic that the left hates the TV show "West Wing" but their idea of how politics works comes straight from that show. They think inspirational speeches, sheer willpower, and the moral character of a Great Man in power are all it takes to stop all injustice.

I think part of the reason that online spaces are so miserable is because the misery that only existed in the Anti-MCU circles has broken containment and has now infected everything.
