You must defer to the president’s determination that there is an armed rebellion in Chicago, argues the govt’s lawyer.

That’s the Trump admin’s stance on everything. When the law doesn’t allow it, lie about the facts until it’s something that would be legal, then insist others live inside the lie.

I have a couple. I test iOS software as part of “things that allow me to purchase good and services” lifestyle.

Most recent iPads will remain findable for a few weeks even when they don’t have enough power for use. If it’s been a while, that could be part of the problem, but marking it lost

You should have to pay $100 to enter the Tahoe basin. You can a return of your fee if you leave within a few hours, on a sliding scale.

In this case, if I did make the rules, the entire Tahoe basin would be a massively protected area.

Hit a bear? Go to jail. Have a house build since 2010? Pay.

This is maddening.

In the past 30 years, California has experienced a rush toward the outdoors, like no one’s ever seen before, and we have not dealt with it.

I’m personally sick and fucking tired of people bringing everything they own up to Tahoe for 48 hours, starting a fire and then leaving.

You argued that people should be able to move from one fare class to another because a seat is empty.

First class is just a fare class with assigned seats just like economy plus (exit row), my dude.
