Truth ahead of opinions. Ex-GOP. Politics, Morality, Philosophy, Art, Critical Thinking, and other stuff. #ColoradoBuffaloes. #DenverBroncos. #LADodgers. #Resist Please no soliciting in DMs. I gotta enough issues.
Trying to buy the personal loyalty of the military while threatening them to follow his orders and not the military code of conduct is downright despotic. ... like fall of the Roman Empire despotic.
So… he’s giving them their own money?

Where’s the tariff money?

These old racist rants about assimilation, citizenship, loyalty, and economic impacts have long been a part of the Christo-fascist narrative. All thoroughly de-bunked. It was an easy transition from their efforts to morally justify slavery to this bigotry. It is cancerous and un-American.
NYT: “Trump Administration Aims to Strip More Foreign-Born Americans of Citizenship”

This was never just about illegal immigration. We are all living in Stephen Miller’s racist fever dream. 🇺🇸

This. All of this. He hasn't yet declared war on Venezuela but he has declared war on everyone that isn't a billionaire. When, if ever, will his base wake up? He doesn't just not care about them. He openly detests them and works to further enslave them every day.
All those words when he could’ve just said: fuck your health care and your grocery bills. Get a third job, peasant.
December 18, 2025 at 3:19 AM
speculating, it is his "let's go to war and ignore all the failing and evil we have done and are doing" speech. along with more scapegoating and demonization of "others"... once we start a war, it is much harder to exit. this is a lesson never learned by presidents and their enablers in congress.

This is obscene, immoral, and deeply damaging to the US and the world.

Just another crime against humanity by a lawless regime led by a fascist mouth-breather...

We are being pulled into a vortex of stupidity and malevolence.
An absolute bedrock institution for understanding how the planet works, just civilization-scaled vandalism by the most incurious morons on Earth
December 17, 2025 at 4:01 PM
this is so contrary to the rule of law, our moral fiber, and the way we have conducted ourselves throughout the history of this nation... we have the war powers act. there is no imminent threat from... wait for it.. Venezuela. stop cowering congress.
1. A blockade is an act of war

2. The idea that Venezuela has stolen land from the United States is so laughably stupid on its face that even some of his base is like 🤨

3. It’s always about oil.

@hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social @schumer.senate.gov please offer a resolution to formally condemn this. make the GOP vote against it. sure, we have bigger problems like healthcare and the budget, but sheer evil displayed here needs to called out. #resist
The timing of this post and the reference to the murders being "due to the anger ... caused others through … TDS" suggests strongly that Trump believed that **one or more of his supporters** had committed the murders—and that they had committed the atrocity **justifiably**.

The economy is working great for Mango Mussolini and his kleptocratic cronies and family. But, not for the folks who voted for him or the rest of us. If and when this illegitimate regime is ended, seizure of assets should be a top priority.
Only a billionaire who hasn’t stepped foot in a grocery store in years would say affordability is a hoax.

And then give himself an “A+++++” on the economy.

Trump is lying about the economy and Nevadans can feel it.
December 16, 2025 at 2:03 PM
@hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social @schumer.senate.gov

Are you going to publicly shame your GOP colleagues for tolerating this vitriolic hate vomit? Will you offer resolutions to condemn Mango Mussolini for this, or, really any of his abominable words? If you lead the opposition, then #RESIST.
Marge... gets it?!?
I guess..

if this sup.ct. rules that non-citizens are not "persons" from the clear text and meaning of the 14th amendment but previously held in Citzens United that corporations are "people", I am pretty sure every actual lawyer's brains will explode, scanners style, spontaneously and in unison.
The Constitution is very straightforward on birthright citizenship. There's no ambiguity in the language, no other plausible interpretation.

The fact that this is a public discussion at all, and that the Supreme Court is taking it up, is on its own anti-constitutional bullshit.

Read the text👇
It starts with knowing the truth. Don’t allow yourselves to be gaslit into believing this is a real question.

the way he is spiraling, it doesn't appear that he will face justice when this reign of stupidity ends.

his crime family, collaborators, co-consipirators, kleptocrats, and christo-fascists, racists, and bigots that used him will stand before justice.

every last one of them.

they are making a choice to keep a senile addled pedo-predator with an iq lower than my dog as the POTUS.
Reporter: Governor Walz called for the release of your MRI results

Trump: They were perfect like my phone call where I got impeached.

Reporter: Can you tell us what they were looking at?

Trump: I have no idea. It was just an MRI. It wasn’t the brain because I took a cognitive test and aced it.

There will be a reckoning and justice will be done. The sheer volume of prosecutable acts by senior government officials is staggering. It is an encyclopedia of lawlessness.
New Justice Department filings reveal that it was Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem who chose to defy a federal court order by transferring more than 100 Venezuelan men into Salvadoran custody to be imprisoned.

Cool. Put Speaker Johnson on the list of elected officials who seemingly do not believe in the US Constitution. His district constituents should be informed of this. Reminding service members to follow their oaths is not treason. Why would Speaker Johnson or others think otherwise?
House Speaker Johnson thinks it’s “wildly inappropriate” for Democrats to tell troops to obey the U.S. Constitution, but he wasn’t the slightest bit concerned about President Trump’s threat to execute the lawmakers. trib.al/PS2VdLI

"if they will vote for trump, maybe I am NOT too crazy to be president."
Axios says Ted Cruz has started positioning himself for a 2028 White House bid. So that’s him and Marjorie Taylor Greene so far. Should be quite the 🤡 show.

racist, misogynist, bigoted, drooling half-wit with rapidly declining mental acuity is our president... and some willingly coddle him for their own personal gain. this is some operatic evil underway.
“Quiet Piggy!”

This is what an American President says to journalists whose questions he doesn’t like.

What class!

Such dignity!

Much gravitas!

Doesn’t it make you proud?

while it would be heartening to believe they stayed united out of a sense of value and purpose, the repubs didn't need any dem house votes. had they needed some, the corp owners of some dems would have demanded they capitulate. just like the senate.
Even though spineless Senate Democrats caved, the overwhelming majority of House Democrats followed @hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social’s lead to keep fighting and oppose this scam of a bill. Thank you to Leader Jeffries and every Democrat who stood together and stayed true to our values.

the oligarchs intend to break democracy and create a feudal state. in that society of lords and vassals, lords have the latitude to do what they want.
A reminder that the Epstein files aren't a distraction from the oligarchy. They're an integral part of it.
A reminder: The perpetrators in the Epstein files are Oligarchs, and so are the ones protecting them.

this is perhaps the kindest interpretation. the alternative is that they favor their own-lined pockets and they personally fear retribution from the federal government if they do not obey.
seems to me that those democrats inclined not to fight perceive themselves as living through a somewhat ordinary cycle of presidential overreach and backlash and not something much more significant and dangerous
November 10, 2025 at 1:43 PM
it is a coordinated capitulation, wildly unpopular with the base, after a stunning set of results on Tuesday. the conclusion once again is that their own pocketbooks lined by special interests are far more important to them than the voters that they purport to represent.
The coordinated nature of this—none are facing voters in 2026—means that either Schumer approved it or failed in his job as Senate Majority Leader to stop it.

Dems voting "no" get zero credit until they demand a change in leadership. Schumer out as Leader, Durbin out as Whip.
so currently defectors are:

Kaine (2030)
Shaheen (Retiring)
Hasan (2028)
Fetterman (2028)
Durbin (Retiring)
CCM (2028)
Rosen (2030)
King (2030)
November 10, 2025 at 4:58 AM
@schumer.senate.gov no longer has the goods to be leader. he's failed. the overwhelming majority of voters do not support capitulation. did the others who caved give him cover to vote "no"? epic misreading of the base. the republicans are laughing at you.
Senator Schumer is no longer effective and should be replaced. If you can’t lead the fight to stop healthcare premiums from skyrocketing for Americans, what will you fight for?
