This character’s called Tal, as I created him specifically to unlock the ‘collect all legendary talismans’ achievement.

His model is based on an image of Samuel L Jackson which someone on Reddit made. I tweaked a few facial features and added the beard, but it looks pretty good.

When I first acquired the game (at half price) I thought, looks pretty tough, I think I’ll just have a look and maybe give it a couple of runs. That was over 1,000 hours of playtime ago.

The British Podcast Awards featured a strange “glitch” that everyone found amusing; but has interesting implications. Most of the winners were upstairs in the cheap balcony seats, meaning there was a few minutes’ delay on almost EVERY award as the winners went down the back stairs to the stage. >>

Fiamma acts as kindling for the Erdtree as I pursue, for the first time, the Frenzied Flame ending in #EldenRing.

(‘Fiamma’ being the Italian for flame. It seemed right.)

Beat #EldenRing for the sixth time. I normally play defensively, so I attempted a run without a shield. Once I found the Ice Spear ash of war, it was pretty much plain sailing. Maybe I’ve finally got gud.
