When we were deep in it and regularly smoking, those things were not obvious. Going back after a long time away is not fun, lol.

I partook last year & again early this year after quitting in 2015. Though I felt no guilt about the choice to do so, I DID feel like shit (physically) afterward. We really do romanticize cigarettes as ex-smokers. It makes your mouth feel gross, you can’t breathe right, your eyes burn, etc.
