I have actually never seen this. All over it.
After you dispatched the last trick and treater who showed up at your door, settle in for a cult classic 80's horror. "Basket Case" has been picked by @hardcut.bsky.social. Join us this Friday and please repost. #bootlegfriday

#bootlegfriday returns this Halloween night with a spooky New York based cult classic. More details to follow this Wednesday.
A good turnout for spoiled vote in this campaign. This candidate should have a big future in Irish politics.
Indeed. But it's also hilarious.
Spoiled votes neck and neck with Jim Gavin seems very fitting.

I'd love to have seen it on the big screen, it's a wonderfully seedy and atmospheric New York movie. I must pick up the new 4k.

I'm going to write a Rom Com about a hot shot reporter who's sent to cover the Cavan-Monaghan constituency count and falls in love with the local schoolteacher as she's stuck there for the 3 weeks it takes to get the final result
#celebritytraitors feels like yet another nail in celeb culture as these people are shown to be utter idiots. How the hell is Jonathan Ross still on this show?
Doggie nuns are the winner here.
Doggie Halloween costumes...

Pinhead is my fave! Very funny, but martini & rodeo seem unenjoyable for the wearer.

Somebody call Lacey Chabert.

It's like the start of a Hallmark Christmas movie, where an American woman who is sworn off love comes to Scotland for Christmas and falls in love with that guy who is secretly a prince and lives in a castle. Well, except that this time there's a dark twist when she also discovers his other secret.
King Charles may be planning to send Prince Andrew to a castle in the Scottish Highlands, according to reports 👀

"To hell or to Glasgow". Hmmm, tough choice.
The "No Catherine" cracked me up.
So far, I'm happy with liveposting movies on Friday night. But I'm open to offers.
I felt dreadful at work yesterday. I have some sort of lung inflammation and I really have to lose some weight. Which is difficult to do when my lungs are fucked. So, solidarity sister.
Very entertaining too. I might pick up that 4k myself.
Go on Robowar, showing both Predator and Robocop how it's properly done.
I initially thought that the show was almost comically grim but it's sense of hope at the end was hard won and very satisfying. It was nice to see Irish actors like Alison Oliver and Sam Keeley do such good work.
It would make me nostalgic for all the eyeball torture in his horror flicks. Although I did appreciate the mangled dummy that starred in the climax. But the subject matter is heavier and more disturbing, the killer was also "interesting" social commentary.

"Don't Torture A Duckling" is more coherent in it's plotting than Fulci's horror movies. But the subject matter of a child killer is more disturbing. It's a stylish and grim mystery and the condemnation of a backward peasant community is very bracing. Not one for the Italian tourist board.
Too close to the bone for people who enjoy liveposting movies. 😝
#nowwatching "Don't Torture A Ducking". I've only seen Lucio Fulci's horror movies so far, so I'm curious to see him tackle a giallo. #firsttimehorror
