I fail to see why women cannot have both! One reason that women have that deep knowledge and knowing (and not ALL women do, but arguably some do and there is evidence for this) is due to the fact that they have been the caregivers and healers across much of the world for generations! There have been three government shutdowns in the last 30 years. Of those, two were during Trump's presidencies and #gop majority. Though #Republicans have found $$ to pay #ice which most Americans are against, the gop cut #medicaid, #snap and are trying to END #aca subsidies for working Americans.

You see by law a budget was supposed to be in place by Sept 30th, but Rs haven’t passed one. The reason? There isn’t a GOP budget. They haven’t even started working on one. This is what the House should be doing FFS!

You're absolutely right. I work in a field that administers those and they are administered upon switching a pcp or when you are a new patient once a year. Otherwise, it's if you have symptoms/new symptoms or if someone reports concerns...
If you pass one, it's not repeated unless there is cause.

Why the delay?

Perhaps it's because Grijalva would cast the final vote needed to release the Epstein files.
