Went to see Lazer/Wulf once and my mom saw the flyer and said “You should ask if they named the band for Lazar Wolf!” and I thought “I’m sure they just picked the name because it sounds cool.”

Nope. Mom was right and I was apparently the first person to ask so I got huge brownie points.

So how exactly are these edges finished? Is this something a layperson could replicate or would I need a machine beyond a basic sewing machine?

I did not fix the lace curtains because I love the scalloping at the edges and wouldn’t know how to hem lace to keep these nice edges. Oh well!

I love my curtains but they were too tall for the window and not wide enough to cover it (impulse buy). So I hemmed them and used the excess fabric to make a second set! Now they cover the window properly! Not bad for my first time using a sewing machine in years!

A cute bedroom. There’s a double set of curtains, one a fairly diaphonous fabric and one that’s floral lace. It makes for a dream effect, but the curtains are too long and they don’t stretch to fit the full width of the window.

That same cute bedroom, but now the curtains have been hemmed to fit the frame of the window height-wise! Plus there’s a second set of curtains, so they fit width-wise, too!
