He said anyone who challenges his authority—an authority he doesn’t have—to give illegal orders to the military must be executed.
That is a prima facie case for impeachment.

I believe Johnson has already said there will be no house vote.
So the entire shutdown was for nothing. They should have just capitulated the Trump on day 1 and saved some people some pain if this was the end result.
