Does anyone know an ethical salmon brand you can buy in Australia, or do we just pack it in.
You'll only get farmed Tasmanian Atlantic salmon because the economics of the international gear means it mostly arrives frozen. Meanwhile, Tassie's big 3 are all now foreign-owned: Brazil's JBS has Huon, Canada's Cooke has Tassal and NZ's Sealord has Petuna.
