Yes, everything you said is correct. What they haven’t done that FL is doing is moving into the actual school structures to set up shop. Once that happens, all they’ll do is receive the $$ and not pay any of the heating/electricity or building maintenance.

If this “carve out” comes to fruition, expect the bare minimum to get saved. The GOP controlled houses are not interested in helping the voters and their actions have proven so. The assault on our healthcare will continue and the GOP will rollover and expose their yellow bellies in the process.
