An interesting take on this, with some uncomfortable truths. For example, I understand that he can probably not drop rent costs immediately but hopefully he does work towards that goal... Instead of lying thru his teeth to get votes and power like the orange stain in the White House did.

I certainly have some bias against the politics and culture of the SE, but I hadn't considered before some of the long term effects that hurricanes have, like diverting money away from other projects to rebuild after each storm. An interesting watch.
