It's a side-scrolling action game where you use 'VFX' to give Joe powers like slow-mo or mach speed, and it's just bursting with style.

Books that kind of lead you around with narrative tricks and assumptions are the best coz at the moment of the big reveals your brain explodes like "Holy sh*t!"

I remember this one book told from multiple perspectives, and the plot twist of who they all are still lives rent-free in my mind.

In Yoshi's Island, a "tongue overflow" glitch exists whereby Yoshi's tongue is able to fly away and begin gaining infinite length, overwriting the game's memory. The tongue-based corruption can have any number of effects, including skipping to the credits and ending the game.
