I am a Canadian citizen but I will not comply with this illegal crossover between provincial and federal powers. If asked I will tell them I am not a citizen. If enough of us do it, it will be unusable. Like the Danish wearing the Jewish star during WW2.

I remember reading about an anthropologist - Mead maybe?- who said that the first sign of civilization was a healed broken bone - because a broken bone is a death sentence without nursing the injured person until their bone healed. That sounds like empathy is the start of civilization to me.
