💜 Did you know sea otters are considered a keystone species? By preying on sea urchins, they help protect kelp forests - some of the most productive ecosystems on Earth. Restoring sea otters to Oregon means restoring balance.

Former UK chancellor George Osborne joins OpenAI

Lucrative appointments for failed ministers.

They aren't hired for technical know-how but to exploit political links acquired with public money. What is the return to taxpayers for that investment?

Remember former PM Cameron lobbying for Greensill.

A reminder that Nigel Farage has pocketed more than £400,000 this year from GB News.

No wonder Farage is cheering Trump on in his attacks on the BBC.

Jim Ratcliffe’s company Ineos gets £120m govt subsidy to help save the UK’s last ethylene plant at Grangemouth.

Ratcliffe is worth $14.7bn (£11bn). Can he not invest? Will he be back for more?

Govt is not taking any equity stake. £120m is not repayable.

Although Trump’s abhorrent political beliefs are ultimately more damaging to the nation, his reprehensible personality is more shocking to me on a personal level.

I can’t fathom how anyone can support someone who is so obviously a terrible human being.

As predicted Starmer has gained nothing from humiliating our entire nation by giving Trump the propaganda advantage of a state visit. Ignored or patronised over Ukraine. Now the trade deals that were already worse than where we started are being quietly ripped up.

More than 99% of all the billions of chickens we breed and kill for their flesh have to live in sheds like this👺 Every day chickens die in here by disease or weakness. Their too fast growing deformed bodies are destroyed from inside. End it now or it will end us. #LiveVegan 🙏

It's ridiculous that the Government *still* haven't banned the sale of peat.

Peat bogs are still getting dug up and used for compost and in horticulture. Ministers say they'll ban it 'when time allows'.

Get on with it already! Sign the petition:
