The day after my dog died. I will remember that day for all time. Seven years on, I still find her golden hairs here and there. #dogs #dogloss #bereavement #goldenretriever #petloss

Today is a mental health day. Yes, the outrage still lives in my head. Yes, I’m still going to advocate for rolling boycotts and an economic general strike. But not today. I’m going to rest. Rested fighters are effective fighters. I encourage everyone to take some necessary down time.

Wow! Another great, early morning Bluesky find. I'm happy to pass this one along. For me, the morning is unfolding like spinach for Popeye.
Good morning. We woke up today thinking of the Japanese art of kitsugi, repairing broken pottery with gold, not to hide the flaws, but to turn them into something beautiful.

Our country has broken in many ways. Let’s be the gold that mends the cracks.

Folks: it's not activism to reply to someone's food posts with quotes from a woman's murder.

I looped this with Yakety Sax playing as background music. Pure mirth.
Is there a limit to how many times you can watch ICE falling on ICE?

I have a very strong belief that former or current partners of Jonathan Ross will come forward to relate their personal experiences with him when he's in a rage.

Make a thirty second phone call to your governor and your congressional representatives. Ask, “Do you support a purely economical general strike as a means of nonviolent protest against government agents murdering peaceful protesters?” They’ll squirm like cut worms.

In 2025, Target's operating income fell 19%. Target's stock fell 28%. Their parking lots are nearly empty. Shelf items have dust on them. Investors are staying clear, citing investments as risky, in view of consumer spending. Boycotts work.

"He's itching to invoke martial law!" We quit buying all but the absolute necessities of life. We don't need to be in the streets. Shut down all discretionary spending. "The radical left wing terrorists aren't shopping. Therefore, I'm invoking martial law!" 😂

Stop buying shit you don't need, is the first step in a general strike. You don't need Chicken McNuggets on your way to the vigil. You don't post opposition to the regime, and then pre-order a new iPhone. Stop making the rich people, who want to kill and enslave us...richer.

Kash's Keystone Kops are now fully in charge of the Renee Good "investigation" that many have been howling for. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has been excluded from seeing evidence. My bet? There won't even be a sham trial. Maybe a coin with the killer's face on it tho.

Some of you are thinking: “Hell no! I’m not going back out there.”

That’s exactly what they’re hoping will happen. They want us to cower and stay home.

If that happens, they win.

Stay safe. Stay active.

Here's what we can do as individuals. When we hear one of our local officials voice "outrage", immediately write or call their office and demand they support, as an official act, a general strike. Tell them to make proclamations supportive of general strikes and support mutual aid for strikers. ❤️

Elected, right minded, officials are calling for "investigations". These will be sham trials at best. They should call for, and support, their constituents to launch a general strike. Declare increasing strike terms that include mortgage and rent moratoriums, as periods of official mourning.

After yesterday, I don't want to hear or read "This isn't America." Bullshit! This has always been America. Kent State murders. Murders of Freedom Riders. The Bonus War. Jim Crow. Wounded Knee. And so many more. Face it. As a whole...this is us. 😪

And all have broken that promise.

I’ve witnessed people die of a wide variety of causes. I’ve only seen a human case progression of rabies in films shown to me as a long ago first year student. That was sufficient. The anti-vax movement has stupidly taken opposition to pet vaccination. We’re entering the rabies Find Out stage.
