Consider that ICE et al are *deliberately* encouraged to commit serious violations of human rights and constitutional law. Violent gangs "seal" members to them through irrevocable, criminal initiation acts. Forms a bond and a threat because all are just as guilty as any and share the same fate.

Who's truly surprised senior Dems helped Repubs insert a provision ensuring congresspeople are notified ahead of their phone records being pulled as part of investigations *and* paid $500k a pop if not? They're as concerned about their crimes being uncovered as their *friends* on the other side are.

Dem leadership continues not to understand that merely hating their opposition will not motivate most of the electorate enough to sweep them back into power. The people need to see in them a party willing to go to the mat, until the bell rings, to defend our freedoms and the common welfare.

I really hope people understand what the cluster of Plague rats in a gross field coat that calls itself Steve Bannon means when it calls for "maximal strategies." It's saying MAGA must go full dictatorship before the lawful mechanisms of US democracy can stop it.

Continuing to ignore the "common welfare" part of the Constitution. An administration that refuses to provide for the common welfare of the citizens isn't merely illegitimate. It's criminal, in my opinion, and these heartless shits need to be held accountable, somehow.
