Maybe this virtually ignored tweet will hit different as a skeet:

Integrity is one of the most important qualities a person can possess & display. This is why I hold myself to the highest principles of integrity in both my regular daily life & also in the double life I lead that no one knows about.
I got Quin down to the bus on time (a blessing), & the hawk is OUT on Riverside Drive! Winter weather can choke.

He had salt and pepper hair. And oregano eyebrows. His lips were basil leaves. His entire head was a jar of Italian seasoning

Look at this cute little Christmas tree effect my cousin made using her lamp, 3M sticky hooks, garland, and a huge gift bow. I like her super simple one better than the one in the tutorial. youtube.com/shorts/IfLKH...

Several years ago, I met this Dominican guy & he told me his name was "Who."
I flat out told him, "I refuse to call you that."
He's so easygoing; he said I could call him "Twin" if that suited me better.
We've been acquainted for YEARS & I just found out his name is Julio (Ju, not Who)!

I'm a pretty serious home baker. The snobbishness around box mixes is ridiculous. They're just the same ingredients you would normally use already mixed & pre-measured. Tip: Dump a box of *instant* pudding in the same flavor as your box cake to make it incredibly moist & more homemade tasting.
Let's stop judging people who use cooking dough or baking mixes. I am glad you have the time and the resources to bake right now but some of us are disabled, Karen.

My sister-in-law sent me this photo this morning from eight in front of the lobby door of our apartment building. They're not even using cinder blocks anymore...just milk crates? Times must really be getting tough!

Very good & accurate. Part of teaching is care & understanding for students & self. Many ppl have gripes about kids' alleged knowledge gaps. (Mine is their ugly & illegible handwriting.) But most of these complaints are related to things that are no longer important--if they ever truly were.
I have been reading all the "students these days" threads from various sides and I have an essay's worth of thoughts -- there's a lot of complexity and heterogeneity that is hard to communicate on social media. There are a couple of things I will say here though. 1/

In winter lone shopping trolleys form groups for warmth and protection. The alpha trolley, seen at the centre with double child seats, will lead the group. A younger line trolley can be seen on the left, it can take days to be accepted by the group.

I forgot to use an open parenthesis mark. Obviously I'm not gonna fix that.

Still...it's kinda weird reading over the post hoping the person knows where I meant for the interstice to start.

Confession: I’m getting shape so I can host an adult capture the flag game this summer.

Don't go by how I look or get it twisted because I like to smile & be pleasant & joke.

I have a lot of pent-up aggression, so try me at your peril.

I guess someone somewhere (most likely Satan looking for his next opportunity (Luke 4:13)) wants me to knock all this shit over & burn it to the ground for me to be thinking I'm gonna hear "I Call Your Name" by Switch & instead it's something called "Throw Some D's"

Using only affirmative language is not new for me, but here's a twist. My cousin told me her ex used to always say,"You act like I was trying to hurt you…!" whenever she complained of his neglectful behavior. If someone says this to you, your response should be "But were you trying to PLEASE me?"
