The funny thing about this panel is that John Byrne was both the writer and the artist and that a long dialogue explanation of the story is how, like, half of his Superman run ends.
Comics artists who work with writers, I am doing a class for young comics writers and I would like to include some ANONYMOUS quotes from artists about things they hate getting in scripts. More "17-panel pages and cross dialogue" than "horses and bicycles". My DMS are open. SECRECY ASSURED.

I don't understand how anyone can watch how blatantly Grok is manipulated to answer the way ownership desires it to and then act like the other LLM chatbots couldn't possibly be similarly but less obviously compromised to produce responses in whatever way corporate interests and priorities dictate.

The miniature spaceship FX in Close Encounters aged well because they built a "smoke room" to photograph the models in, to increase the density of the atmosphere around them. I.e., a 1/25 scale model would have smoke room atmosphere 25 times denser than it would be in the real world.

I liked a lot in #TheRunningMan, foremost among them Glen Powell, just effortlessly charismatic, and Colman Domingo, having a total blast. And yet…the whole doesn’t quite add up to the parts. Just like the ‘87 version, it’s an enjoyable enough diversion that could have been more.
